Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt.
Returns must be sent via a trackable service and must be paid for and arranged by the customer. Please contact us before returning so we can issue you a returns form.
We will refund the item value only, original Delivery charges paid by the customer are not refundable.
If your items are delivered damaged, please contact us within 2 days of receipt and we will assist and arrange collection of the damaged parcel. We can then arrange a refund or replacement. We will do our best to help in this unfortunate circumstance.
